Montana State University Billings (MSUB) invites applications for the position of Dean of the College of Education (COE), one of Montana's largest and longest-serving teacher preparation programs. The Dean serves as the College's chief academic officer, reporting directly to the Provost and Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs.

* Provide visionary, collaborative leadership that honors the College's history and builds upon ongoing successes and internal strengths.
• Champion shared governance and inclusive decision-making.
• Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and personnel/resource management.
