, including preschool education, youth enrichment, teen engagement, adult life skills, and family counseling.
We’re looking for a Preschool Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to fostering a safe, nurturing, and Christ‑centered environment
. In this role, you'll lead classroom instruction, develop engaging curriculum, and work collaboratively with families, staff, and volunteers to ensure every child has a positive learning experience.
- Create and maintain a physically and emotionally safe classroom for all children.
- Develop and implement a curriculum aligned with program goals and licensing standards.
- Collaborate with families, support systems, and staff to support each child's development.
- Track, measure, and report on program outcomes.
- Supervise and coordinate Program Aides, volunteers, and interns.
- Plan and participate in educational field trips, special events, and enrichment activities.
- Assist in meal prep, classroom organization, and overall cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with all state childcare licensing regulations.
- Support grant reporting and maintain accurate program records.
- Attend staff meetings, devotions, and participate in team planning.
- Engage in spiritual development activities with children and staff as appropriate.
- College degree in Early Childhood Education
, Education
, or a related field – or equivalent experience as a preschool teacher. - 2+ years of classroom teaching and curriculum planning experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Pro Care, E‑Grants, or similar databases preferred.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience working in a faith‑based or mission‑driven environment is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check
