Medical Assistant​/Cpr Instructor- Billings, MT ($500 Signing BONUS

Job Summary

In this role, you’ll inspire future healthcare professionals by combining your medical expertise with your ability to guide and mentor students through practical, hands‑on education.

Instructor positions are part‑time with classes held primarily on Saturdays between 7:00 am–6:15 pm. Teaching schedules may vary based on morning/afternoon availability, and some locations offer weekday evening classes.

Our focused 18‑week program is designed to provide accessible, hands‑on education to students from all walks of life. Classes take place directly in a doctor’s office rather than in a traditional classroom—allowing students to learn in the environment they will eventually work in. Instructors will use their clinical experience and training to teach students the skills they need to succeed as entry‑level medical assistants.

• Prepare for each class by reviewing the provided curriculum, which may utilize lab stations.
• Demonstrate medical skills and procedures and assist students as they practice hands‑on in the lab.
• Evaluate individual and group performance and adjust instruction to meet student learning needs.
• Enforce classroom management and ensure adherence to safety precautions.
• Convey curriculum and skills through lecture and hands‑on demonstrations.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Five or more years of experience as a medical assistant or related employment.
• Valid CMA, RMA, or CCMA credentials (preferred).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Basic computer skills: emailing, printing, scanning, and troubleshooting.
• A passion for helping others achieve their personal goals.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to commute to the teaching location.

Part‑time, in‑person.

$27.00–$29.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Required:

5 years of medical assisting experience.

• BC/BE (preferred)
• CPR Certification (preferred)
