Join an award-winning engineering firm in Billings, Montana as a Civil Engineer. This full-time role offers hands-on project experience, mentorship toward your PE license, and exposure to a wide range of civil engineering work including municipal, land development, water resources, and environmental projects.
This is a great opportunity for engineers with a few years of experience who want to grow technically while working on meaningful community projects in a supportive, growth-focused environment.
What You'll Work On
- Lead or assist with design and analysis for municipal, land development, water resources, energy, and government projects
- Prepare reports, plan sets, specifications, proposals, and permit applications
- Collaborate with project managers, senior engineers, and clients
- Coordinate project tasks to stay on schedule and within budget
- Gain hands-on experience across multiple engineering disciplines
- Work toward obtaining your Professional Engineer (PE) license with mentorship support
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Construction Engineering
- 3+ years of civil engineering experience
- Interest or experience in land development, municipal utilities, water resources, or construction engineering
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Water
CAD, or HEC-RAS is helpful
