Job Summary

Gpac is seeking a proven Manager of Engineering & Technical Services to lead site-wide engineering strategy, project execution, and technical operations at a power generation facility in Billings, MT. • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers (mechanical, electrical, civil, I&C).
• Drive the safe, efficient execution of capital projects and infrastructure upgrades.
• Ensure plant reliability, compliance, and long‑range technical planning.
• Support financial oversight of multi‑million‑dollar engineering and construction budgets.
• Serve as the connection point between technical teams, operations leadership, and corporate stakeholders.

• Proven success managing engineering teams in a power generation or heavy industrial environment.
• Strong project management skills – able to take initiatives from concept to completion.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
• PE license or advanced degree preferred.

• $175,000–$200,000 base salary
