If you are a confident Civil Engineer ready for an exciting challenge, we want you to lead our dynamic local civil engineering team. As the Regional Civil Engineering leader, you will play a pivotal role in growing our civil engineering work, especially in Billings, MT. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in civil engineering, have a well-established network within the region, and a knack for business development.

The expected salary range for this position is $
90,000 to $
120,000 annually.

• ABET accredited degree in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Licensed Professional Engineer in your state
• Current NCEES license
• Strong leadership skills to build and guide a civil engineering team
• Expertise in project management and delivery
• Experience in land development, transportation, and municipal civil engineering
• Established local and regional business development network
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Familiarity with WaterCAD or equivalent modeling software, Autodesk Storm and Sanitary Analysis, ArchGIS, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams
• Strong technical writing skills

• Prepare fee proposals, engineering reports, cost estimates, and schedules
• Negotiate and execute contracts
• Oversee quality control for project calculations, plans, reports, and specifications
• Provide expertise on codes and jurisdictional processes
• Prepare preliminary project budgets and cost estimates
• Schedule project and staffing resources
• Serve as a resource for continuing education
• Identify new market and business opportunities
• Lead project interviews
• Develop and maintain client relationships and collaborate with internal teams

* Actual pay will be determined based on experience, licensure, location, proficiency, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus.
