First Line Support Engineering Technical Manager, Fighters, Weapons, Training Devices

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of product support personnel responsible for the integration of all domestic platforms and lMxE deliveries.
• Manage technical data and maintenance planning authoring for Fighters, Weapons, and Training devices for both US and International customers.
• Engage/work with other Product Support teams.
• Align team performance with organizational goals and manage budgets, maintain schedules, identify and mitigate risks.
• Monitor and track execution of team's Statement of Work (SOW).

• At least one year of experience in a leadership role.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Support, Engineering or related discipline/environment.
• 3+ years of experience working with and/or interpreting engineering data or engineering drawings.
• 1+ years of experience interfacing with and supporting senior leadership.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
• Experience or strong familiarity with Cost Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities and earned value management.
