$135,000–$175,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Our client is seeking an experienced Lead Water & Wastewater Engineer to oversee the planning, design, and delivery of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects while helping expand a growing engineering practice.

• Lead water and wastewater treatment, distribution, and collection system projects from planning through construction.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
• Mentor engineering staff and provide technical leadership.
• Prepare and review engineering reports, calculations, specifications, and construction documents.
• Partner with municipalities, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders.
• Support business development and help grow the firm's municipal client base.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering.
• 10+ years of water/wastewater engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain shortly after hire.
• Experience managing municipal water and wastewater projects.
• Strong leadership, project management, and client relationship skills.
• Business development or consulting experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
