You will work closely with clients to define scope, proactively resolve issues, and provide clear, consistent communication throughout each phase of delivery.

Project work includes the design roadways, site development, piping, storage, distribution and municipal water systems.

These responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, for project coordination, building strong relationships, providing responsive and proactive client service, and ensuring alignment between project objectives and deliverables.

  • Lead the planning, design, and delivery of municipal infrastructure projects.
  • Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders, including permitting agencies, regulatory agencies, funders, utilities, government bodies, and impacted members of the public.

  • Produce planning documents and cost estimates for needed improvements.
  • Prepares plans, specifications, costs, and estimates for municipal and industrial water and wastewater facilities.
  • Manage full project lifecycle: scope development, budgeting, scheduling, resourcing, risk identification, and change management.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and timely project delivery.
  • Lead bidding and construction-phase services, including bidding assistance, submittal reviews, field observations, payment recommendations, RFIs, and change orders as applicable.

  • Lead or contribute to proposal development, including project approach, scopes, schedules, level of effort, and interview participation.
  • Leverage engineering design software to perform engineering calculations and modeling, as well as to produce project designs according to project specifications.
