Talent Software Services is searching for a Senior Servicing Analyst for a 12‑month contract position in Billings, MT, with a strong chance for long‑term extension.

This associate will provide day‑to‑day delivery of critical lending operations processes, including loan administration and servicing activities. They will also support the execution of title resolution, service requests, administrative activities and processes, and fulfill stakeholders’ inquiries/requests within relevant service level agreements. Note that lending operations include specialized operations processes and activities for leasing and/or commercial lending products.

• Accurately and timely process service requests, transactions, activities, etc. within relevant SLAs and policies.
• Provide consistent, knowledgeable responses to stakeholder questions.
• Execute day‑to‑day transactions and activities following documented procedures, ensuring all SLAs are met.
• Check and reconcile information and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies according to standard procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks such as distributing, collecting, filing documentation.
• Enter, review, and verify loan information and documentation for processing.
• Manage documentation to maintain proper records.
• Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Collaborate on the development/implementation of new processes and systems and improvements to existing ones.
• Complete complex and diverse tasks within given rules/limits, including handling escalations.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a servicing analyst.
• Experience processing and interpreting loan/lending documentation.
• Experience with commercial lending products/documentation.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
• Knowledge of risk and regulatory requirements.
