Servicing Analyst

Pay Range: $19 - $21 per hour on W2

We are seeking an experienced Servicing Analyst to join our lending operations team on a 12‑month contract with potential for extension or full‑time employment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering critical lending operations processes, including loan administration and servicing activities, with a special focus on leasing and/or commercial lending products. This fully onsite role in Billings, Montana, requires a dynamic individual capable of accurate service request processing, transaction handling, and stakeholder management within designated SLAs.

• Provide accurate, timely processing of service requests, transactions, and activities in line with relevant SLAs and policies.
• Offer knowledgeable responses to stakeholder inquiries, maintaining high standards in stakeholder communications.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness in documentation and information handling, following stringent policies and procedures.
• Contribute to data analysis, offer insights, and participate in the development and improvement of systems and processes.
• Foster and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet business objectives.

• 2+ years of experience as a Servicing Analyst.
• Proficient in processing and interpreting loan/lending documentation.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.

• Experience with commercial lending products/documentation is required.
• Knowledge of risk and regulatory requirements in lending operations preferred.
