Cash Management Supervisor

Manages the office operations, cash collections and banking activities of the Yellowstone County Treasurer's office; does related work as required.

• Responsible for Internet banking processes for Treasurer's office;
• Responsible for positive pay processes, stop payments and check searches, ARP register and user maintenance, self administration, treasury information reporting and credit card payment transactions;
• Maintain templates on repetitive wires;
• Accumulate complete information for non-template wires;
• Maintain protested tax accounts, balancing and distribution of protested taxes;
• Track ACH deposits to bank account.

Education/Experience/Training:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management or closely related field; and
• One (1) years' experience in accounting including office management and supervision of employees; or
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training totaling five (5) years.

• Previous experience working with tax collections, fee processing and distribution;
• Previous Internet banking experience;
• Governmental accounting experience;
• Strong computer and Microsoft office skills.

• Become bonded within first six (6) months of employment.

• Must pass a criminal and driving background check and meet any County-specific employment eligibility standards.
