Cash Management Supervisor (G)
Manages the office operations, cash collections and banking activities of the Yellowstone County Treasurer's office; does related work as required.
Examples of Duties
- Responsible for Internet banking processes for Treasurer's office;
- Responsible for positive pay processes, stop payments and check searches, ARP register and user maintenance, self administration, treasury information reporting and credit card payment transactions;
- Maintain templates on repetitive wires;
- Accumulate complete information for non-template wires;
- Maintain protested tax accounts, balancing and distribution of protested taxes;
- Track ACH deposits to bank account.
Minimum Qualifications
Education/Experience/Training:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management or closely related field; and
- One (1) years' experience in accounting including office management and supervision of employees; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training totaling five (5) years.
- Previous experience working with tax collections, fee processing and distribution;
- Previous Internet banking experience;
- Governmental accounting experience;
- Strong computer and Microsoft office skills.
- Become bonded within first six (6) months of employment.
- Must pass a criminal and driving background check and meet any County-specific employment eligibility standards.
