Sport Clips Haircuts is hiring a Salon Manager to lead our Billings team! If you're a licensed cosmetologist or barber with leadership experience and a passion for men’s grooming, this is your opportunity to grow with a nationally recognized brand.

• Average $35–$45/hour total pay
• $25/hour guaranteed base pay + bonuses & tips

• Active Montana Cosmetology or Barber License (Required)
• Prior salon leadership or assistant manager experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Motivated, team-oriented leader
