- Current state licensure in Speech-Language Therapy.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Preferred six months of experience in a long-term care setting.
- Knowledge of effective speech therapy techniques.
- Familiarity with geriatric clinical needs.
- Strong clinical skills with a caring approach.
- Punctuality, professionalism, and confidentiality are essential.
