Certified Nursing Assistant / Home Care Aide | Highgate Senior Living – Billings, MT

Compensation: $20.00–$23.00 per hour

Support residents in assisted living and memory care with hands-on care rooted in dignity and choice.

Your skill and presence help residents stay healthy, comfortable, and connected so families can feel confident.

• Provide ADL support (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility)
• Offer companionship, purposeful engagement, and cueing
• Monitor and report changes; complete documentation accurately and on time
• Uphold infection control, safety, and emergency procedures
• Assist with dining, hydration, and restorative activities
• Work as a collaborative teammate with nurses, leaders, and families

• Compassionate, resident-first mindset with strong communication
• Critical thinking and sound judgment in dynamic situations
• Adaptability and initiative; comfortable changing pace and priorities
• Team-oriented; receptive to coaching and feedback
• Interest in dementia education and person-centered techniques

• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or home care
• Healthcare, hospitality, or high-touch customer service roles
• Multi-tasking and service roles where empathy and reliability are essential
• Volunteer work serving vulnerable populations

• At least 18 years of age
• Current CNA or HCA license (state requirement)
• CPR & First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
• Current negative TB test
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout shift; transfer up to 50 lbs with assistance
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Organized, efficient, and able to work independently when needed
