Billings - Licensed Mental Health Therapist; LCSW, LMFT, LPC - SNF

Join our team at Behavioral Health Solutions as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in Billings, Montana, working within Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF).

We are seeking qualified independently licensed therapists to provide comprehensive behavioral health services in SNFs. You can work as a W2 employee or an independent contractor, with flexible scheduling, caseload, and hours.

• Full-time or Part-time
• W2 and Independent Contractor options available

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, with Montana licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
• National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Professional Liability Insurance
• Medicaid/Medicare credentialing (a plus)
• Up-to-date vaccinations or valid exemptions, TB test, CPR/AED/First Aid certifications

• Basic computer skills
• Excellent written communication
• Attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Flexibility, organization, ability to work under stress
• Spanish fluency is a plus
