QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Per insurance requirements, employee must be a minimum of 21 years old, pass a Criminal and Child Abuse background check, have a valid Montana driver’s license and an acceptable driving record. No exceptions.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCEHave a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, experience with seriously emotionally disturbed and/or chemical dependency treatment preferred, or a bachelor’s degree in human service field and two years therapeutic group home experience. Equivalent combination of appropriate education and experience may be accepted. Familiarity with word processing and computer concepts. Able to maintain high degree of confidentiality and exhibit diplomacy and tact.
LANGUAGESKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals and groups.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITYAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
