Housekeeping Director

Holiday Inn Express seeks a Housekeeping Director to lead all housekeeping operations and ensure spotless, comfortable rooms for every guest. You will oversee daily cleaning schedules, inspect rooms and public areas, manage laundry operations, and maintain brand cleanliness standards. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and scheduling staff, controlling inventory, managing budgets, and coordinating with Front Office and Maintenance. You will monitor guest feedback, quickly resolve issues, support a guest first culture, and drive quality, safety, and efficiency in a fast paced hotel environment.
