Social Media Analyst

• Responsible for supporting Microsoft Operating System and Microsoft Office products
• Assist in performing basic network support tasks involving user account maintenance
• Assist in problem solving IT related issues
• Responsible for providing mobile and VoIP support for company phones
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade, and repair systems and peripheral devices as necessary.
• Order, setup and maintain of all company issued phones, laptops and hot spots

• Experience with re‑installing systems and imaging systems
• Experience with Ethernet and Wireless networking protocols
• Experience with Verizon phone system, iPhones and Androids

• 1+ years of IT Technician experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience, certification & training
• MCDST, A+, Network +, MCP certifications or equivalent job experience
