Supply Chain / Intl. Trade, Operations Manager
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing H-E Parts Billings Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Management and Warehousing functions, with the intent of maximizing process and asset efficiency and productivity. The position partners with Production, Product Management, Engineering and Sales to ensure timely delivery of high-quality parts and components to our customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Safety – conduct all activities in a safe manner, utilizing PPE and adhering to company policy and alerting others regarding potential concerns. Safety is # 1.
- Team Leadership – team will include Purchasing Managers, Buyers/Planners, Material Procurement, Logistics and Warehousing Operations.
- Inventory Management & Control – Establish min/max stock levels, optimize vendor lead‑times, asset utilization, allocation and assortment strategy, replenishment with the goal of meeting corporate DOH KPI’s and minimizing production down time.
- Demand and Supply Planning – Balance demand and supply to achieve On‑Time and In‑Full (OTIF) delivery and financial KPI’s.
- Continuous Improvement – Foster an environment of Continuous Improvement, utilizing Lean Manufacturing tools.
- Inventory Forecasting – Leverage demand and supply planning data as well as production schedules to forecast upcoming performance as well as inventory and production needs.
Position will be required to make decisions that will directly impact the local operations of H-E Parts.
INTERNAL/EXTERNAL CONTACTSPosition will require collaboration with Department Managers, other H-E Parts International Sales, Accounting, Administration & Warehouse team Members, as well as current & potential customers and suppliers.
QUALIFICATIONS – EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE- Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proven managerial experience is a bonus.
- Solid understanding of supply chain and inventory management systems.
- Advanced knowledge of forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
- Analytical mind with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
