Parts Inventory Control Analyst (Administrative) Tractor & Equipment Co. has an immediate opening for an Inventory Control Analyst at our Billings, MT location About the Position:
As the Inventory Control Analyst, you are responsible for overseeing inventory control processes to ensure compliance with business plan objectives.
- This position assumes accountability for data entry into our systems and physical inventory counts.
- Coordinate with managers to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained to support parts stocking needs and meet customer demand.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies, interdepartmental branch inventory transfers, and parts record reconciliations.
- Code invoices from suppliers and credits received from vendors.
- Assist in reducing inventory through dealer parts inventory sharing programs and semi-annual supplier-authorized returns.
- Review KPIs to assist in inventory demand planning with the Product Support Team and Parts Managers in Montana.
- Manage multiple business platforms to support efficient inventory stocking and claims processing for inaccurate parts received, while meeting supplier performance metrics.
Experience:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently; strong attention to detail and follow-through are critical.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong inventory control experience.
- Proficient in Excel and basic computer systems.
- 3-5 years of inventory experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
