Custodian

Overview

Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Custodian to support Kadiak and our government customer in Billings, MT.

• General Cleaning:
  Clean entrances, lobbies, corridors, offices, conference rooms, and work areas.
• Empty wastebaskets and trash receptacles. Dust high and low surfaces, clean/polish soiled surfaces. Vacuum carpets, perform light spot removal, and wash windows and glass surfaces.
• Specialized Cleaning:
  Monitor and maintain carpet and floor appearances. Perform carpet spot and deep cleaning. Manual scrub, buff, strip, and refinish floors.
• Restroom Maintenance:
  Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors). Restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
• Disinfection:
  Sanitize high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, handrails). Clean and disinfect common areas.
• Equipment Care:
  Inspect equipment for cleanliness. Perform minor repairs and maintenance.
• Exterior Duties:
  Remove debris and litter from grounds and walkways.
• Support Tasks:
  Report maintenance issues or safety hazards. Assist with setup/cleanup for special events. Follow federal facility cleaning protocols and regulations. Report to Lead Custodian. Maintain a safe and healthy environment.
• Covers various areas, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and exterior grounds.
• Experience in custodial care projects and ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Capable of performing heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, and washing walls; preferred high school diploma.
