Are you a positive leader with a knack for team building? Do you have a passion for ensuring quality and presentation in the RV & Marine industry? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Detail Manager. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in overseeing the quality of work coming out of our recon and cleaning department.
Responsibilities- Supervise and maintain the quality of work produced by the recon and cleaning department
- Perform general office and administrative tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of the lot and inventory structure, ensuring organization and cleanliness.
- Lead training, monitoring, and mentoring of staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to make sure customer needs are being met.
- Ensuring compliance with dealership policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and process improvements in reconditioning, lot management, and customer service, implementing changes as needed to enhance overall operations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school education or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for team growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Familiarity with RV and Marine products is a plus.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Experience parking and moving trailers is a plus.
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Overtime and weekends as needed
- Top Performers can expect $70k to $75k Annually
- $60,000+ | Based on experience
- Base Salary + Additional Earning Incentives
