A premier river adventure company is seeking a Northern Rivers Manager to oversee operations for their river trips in Montana. This role includes coordinating logistics, supervising staff, and ensuring a high-quality experience for guests. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience as a commercial rafting guide, demonstrate excellent leadership and organizational skills, and be physically capable of handling equipment.

Compensation is partially salaried, with additional daily wages accrued during trips, based on experience.
