• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions to determine dimensions, tolerances, and setup requirements
• Plan and perform machine setups, including selecting punches and dies
• Program and operate CNC press brake equipment to produce parts within tight tolerances
• Perform first-piece inspections and make machine adjustments as needed
• Conduct in-process and final inspections using appropriate measuring tools to ensure 100% quality compliance
• Document inspection results and enter work order data into the MRP system using RF scanner, keyboard, and mouse
• Troubleshoot quality issues and collaborate with engineering, production control, quality, and management teams
• Perform preventative maintenance and ensure equipment is operating efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with 5S and safety standards
• Follow all safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements
• Complete additional duties as assigned

• Formal CNC machining education or equivalent experience is preferred, but not necessary.
• Experience operating electrical pallet jacks, stand‑up trucks, and overhead cranes preferred

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related work experience

• Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (8–10+ hours per shift)
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching
• Repetitive hand and wrist movements
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and industrial conditions (heat, cold, noise, dust)
• Required PPE must be worn at all times

• Pay Transparency:
  Starting at $22 DOE + Quarterly Bonus Opportunity
• Weekly pay
• Typical Shift: Monday through Friday, 5:00am to 3:30pm. The regular schedule is an average of 50 hours a week.
