Welder​/Fabricator

Key Job Duties

• Evaluate engineering drawings and ensure implementation according to welding specifications
• Perform all welding work with help of forming and cutting equipment
• Perform efficient welding of various metal objects with help of gas torch and welder
• Perform work with help of various hand and power tools
• Evaluate finished products and perform quality checks on products
• Analyze diagrams and specifications and cut all metal accordingly with help of welding torch

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1-2 years mechanical assembly experience may be required
• Basic reading skills. Must be able to follow directions
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
• Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem and to think in such a way as to produce a new concept or idea
• High attention to detail and self‑motivation skills

• Anticipated hourly wage range: $22.00/hour - $24.00/hour depending on amount of previous experience
• Quarterly Bonus Opportunity
• Weekly Pay

This position is a full‑time night‑shift role, working Monday through Thursday from 3:30 PM to 1:30 AM. Candidates must be able to reliably work this schedule and occasional overtime as needed.
