RMT is a leading company in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of high-performance cutting tools. We are currently seeking Production Laborers to join our Drill Finish department. As a Production Laborer at RMT, you will have the opportunity to work with advanced technologies and state-of-the-art equipment, learning various machine operation duties and contributing to the production of top-quality products. Advancement opportunities are available.
There are set wage increases for training completion. This position is a day shift, Monday - Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm.

* Responsibilities include:
*** Learning various machine operation duties
** Basic duties include:
*** Machine operation, load/unload parts, wash parts, assemble parts, inspect parts, move materials, and perform any duties requested by the Supervisor
*
* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*** Read job orders
* Operate industrial machinery to achieve production results
* Ensure products meet customer specifications through quality checks
* Enter data into computer systems
* Perform manual production duties
* Wear personal protective equipment as required
* Perform duties to ensure safety of self and others
* Report machine malfunctions, production errors, and quality issues to Supervisor
* Assist in minor machine set up, maintenance, and repair duties
* Assembly of component parts
