Aggregate Superintendent

Knife River is seeking an Aggregate Superintendent to lead daily operations at our aggregate production sites. You will supervise crews, oversee drilling, blasting, crushing, and screening, and ensure materials meet quality, safety, and production targets. Responsibilities include planning schedules, coordinating equipment and maintenance, managing budgets, and tracking production reports. You will enforce OSHA and company safety standards, lead and develop field teams, support continuous improvement, and collaborate with project managers and dispatch to meet customer needs and delivery timelines across a variety of construction projects.
