Travel RN - PACU

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a PACU position in Billings, MT, requiring 1 year of PACU experience and an active MT or compact RN license.

Job Details

• Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) in a regional hospital setting,

• Day shift, 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday,

• 40 hours per week, 4 days per week,

• On-call may be required during regularly scheduled shifts,

• Floating to other departments may be required based on business need,

• Epic EMR used for charting,

Job Requirements

• Active MT or compact RN license required - no pending licenses accepted,

• Minimum 1 year of PACU experience required,

• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS, and PALS - all must be AHA-issued and must not expire prior to start date,

• ASN from an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred,

• Epic EMR experience required,

• DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration,

Additional Information

• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care including health teaching, counseling, therapy, and treatment,

• Executes delegated medical functions including patient referrals and ongoing monitoring of treatment plans,

• Documents care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines,

• Permanent staff must have been separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment,

• BSN is preferred but not required
