Shift Differentials Available!

• Day Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
• Night Shift: 6:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.
• Schedules:
  Full-time available

Aspen Meadows Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. CNAs perform a variety of duties to support residents in accordance with their care plans and long‑term care standards.

• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene (ADLs)
• Serve and collect meal trays; assist residents with eating as needed
• Transport residents safely via wheelchair or assist with ambulation
• Turn and reposition residents to maintain comfort and prevent skin issues
• Measure and record vital signs, intake/output, and weights as directed
• Accurately complete documentation and communicate resident changes
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and other team members

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Required: Active CNA certification in the State of Montana
• Required: High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork
