The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients. Position Details

Shift: This is a full-time position (36 hours per week) with variable shifts, including days, nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure continuity of patient care. There are currently no on-call requirements associated with this role. However, on-call coverage may be implemented in the future based on staffing needs or escalation of the critical staffing incentive program. We don't plan on hiring for this position until end of August first September

Starting at $38.37 per hour , with the potential for increased pay based on prior experience.

The New Graduate RN will complete a nurse residency program while orienting across all Medical-Surgical units within the hospital. These units include:

Neuro-Trauma Unit Orthopedic Unit Observation Unit Cardiovascular Unit Medical Oncology Unit Medical Unit After successfully completing orientation and demonstrating the ability to safely care for higher-acuity patients while performing required tasks and assessments, there may be opportunities to discuss cross-training into specialty departments as the nurse grows within the role.
