The Rehabilitation Hospital of Montana is a state-of-the-art, 34-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced severe injuries or illnesses. Our programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment throughout the recovery journey, tailored to stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. We strive to maximize health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.

Provides patient care services that meet psychosocial, physical, and general care needs; meets communication needs of patient and family; provides care reflecting initiative and responsibility; works under the supervision of a registered nurse.

• Graduation from an accredited licensed practical/vocational nurse program
• Current state license as Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse
• CPR/BCLS certification

• ACLS certification
• IV Certified or attainable within six (6) months
• Six (6) months' Medical/Surgical experience
• Six (6) months to one (1) Rehabilitation experience
