About the Role
As a Pulmonary Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner you will work collaboratively with pulmonary physicians and APPs to provide safe patient care and high-quality patient experiences. You will treat patients with asthma, pulmonary nodules, COPD, pulmonary infections, interstitial lung disease, and other pulmonary conditions.

- Practice at Intermountain Health’s Billings Downtown Sleep and Respiratory Clinic located on St. Vincent Hospital Campus.
- Full-time position, typical schedule Monday through Friday with potential flexibility.

- EPIC EMR utilization across the system.
- The hospital is a Level 1 Trauma Center and Certified Stroke Center.

Qualifications- An active Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license by the MT State Board.
- Prescriptive authority by the MT state board of Nursing or Medical Examiners and a DEA license.
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association.
- ACLS Certification within six months of employment (site specific).
- Effective communication skills within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft and Google products, and ability to learn new applications relevant to the position.
- Experience in pulmonary medicine is preferred.
Billings Downtown Clinic, Intermountain Health St Vincent Regional Hospital, Billings, MT.
ScheduleFull‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with potential flexibility.
CompensationHourly rate $56.76–$87.59, dependent upon experience.
