We are looking for a dedicated caregiver to partner with residents to help them continue to live purposeful lives. This role can be full‑time or part‑time and involves providing hands‑on or stand‑by assistance with activities of daily living and emotional support. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, positive, self‑motivated, and possesses strong communication and critical‑thinking skills.

- Prior experience in an assisted living or memory care community
- Volunteer or paid service roles providing care to others
- Hospitality or healthcare related experience
- Background in customer service and multitasking
- Demonstrated kindness, patience, and compassion toward vulnerable groups
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to obtain CPR & First Aid Certification
- Possession of a CNA or HCA license
- Current negative TB test
- Physical ability to sit, stand, bend and move continuously, and to carry or transfer up to 50 lbs with assistance
- Successful criminal background check
- Strong time‑management, organizational, and communication skills
- Willingness to attend training and incorporate new skills
Hourly wage range $19.00 to $23.00. Competitive benefits package includes flexibility based on credentialing, tenure, and skill set. COVID‑19 vaccination is preferred.
