• Provide independent nursing care in a telemetry/cardiac setting.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families on cardiac health.
• Maintain accurate documentation per hospital standards.

• Experience:
  
  previous RN experience preferred (Telemetry/cardiac highly desired).
• Education:
  
  Required:
  
  ASN (Associate Degree in Nursing);
  Preferred: BSN.
• Licensure:
  Active RN license (state of practice).
• Certifications
  
  Required:
  
  BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIHSS.

• Strong telemetry/cardiac background.
• Comfortable working night shifts.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Flexible to float and take call if needed.

• May be required to float to other units within scope.
• May be placed on‑call as needed.
• Assignment is a replacement position in a busy cardiac unit.
