Registered Nurse (RN) - Observation (OBS)
Provides nursing care in an Observation unit by assessing, monitoring, and managing patients requiring short-term evaluation and treatment.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in Observation unit
- Monitor patient condition and update care plans based on clinical findings
- Administer medications and perform delegated medical functions
- Observation unit may involve fast patient turnover and short-stay care management
Requirements:
License: RN State License / Compact
Experience:
1 Years in SDU/PCU / Observation as RN
Certifications:
BLS (AHA)
