Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week | Mix of Day and Evening Shifts | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician
Monitor and document patient health status, progress, and changes in condition
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and long-term care standards

Required Qualifications

Active and unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of Montana
Current BLS/CPR certification
Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment
Ability to work a mix of day and evening shifts as scheduled

Preferred Experience / Skills

Previous travel or contract nursing experience in a SNF/LTC setting
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems used in long-term care facilities
