Neonatal Intensive Care Unit RN

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team. As a NICU RN, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with the healthcare team, and contribute to the unit’s mission of delivering exceptional care to our smallest patients.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the NICU, utilizing advanced skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care, promote patient-centered care, and enhance overall patient outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, share best practices, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, communicate effectively with families and colleagues, and adhere to regulatory requirements and standards of care

• Current RN license to practice in Montana
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in the NICU, with a strong focus on critical care and patient safety
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
