Yellowstone River Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Nurse (LPN or RN) for our Pulmonary Improvement Program to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. This position is 5 days a week with flexible hours to accommodate residents and staff.
Responsibilities include exams, order entry, care plans, Medicare-guided evaluations, daily billing, and collaboration with physicians to tailor pulmonary care. Montana license and BLS CPR are required; long-term care experience is a plus.
