Trusted Health is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse for a Medical Surgical - Orthopedic unit. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality bedside care to post-operative orthopedic and med-surg patients, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, mobility support, and discharge teaching. You'll collaborate with physicians and the care team, follow evidence-based protocols, and document accurately in the EHR.
