Coney Island Homecare is looking for a compassionate and skilled Home Health RN to join our dedicated team in Billings, MT. • Conduct comprehensive in-home patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications, wound care, and other skilled nursing treatments
• Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and changes in condition
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members
• Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and home safety
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards
• Provide compassionate end-of-life and chronic disease management support as needed

• Active Montana RN license in good standing
• Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience; home health experience preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR), OASIS and clinical documentation
• Strong communication, time management, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload in the field
