Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | Mix of Day and Evening Shifts | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Monitor and document patient condition changes and communicate with interdisciplinary care team
Ensure compliance with long-term care regulations and facility policies

Required Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Montana
Current BLS/CPR certification
Experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment
Ability to work a mix of day and evening shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior travel or contract nursing experience in an SNF or LTC setting
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems used in long-term care
