American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an ICU position requiring a MT or compact RN license and EPIC charting experience.

• Work in the Intensive Care Unit of a hospital setting
• 13-week assignment with a variable 12-hour shift schedule
• 36 hours per week across 3 shifts per day at 12 hours each
• Uses EPIC EMR for charting
• May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications based on business need
• May be required to be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift

• Active MT or compact RN license required
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
• ACLS, NRP, or PALS certification required as appropriate for the unit or service
• Certifications must not expire prior to the assignment start date
• ASN required, with a BSN preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the ICU specialty required
• EPIC charting experience required

• Perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with accepted nursing practice standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient nursing care
• Provide health teaching, health counseling, and supportive or restorative therapy and treatment
• Execute delegated medical functions and monitor therapy and treatment plans
• Document care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines
• Permanent staff must be separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for this travel assignment
