Role:
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, utilizing evidence-based practices and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:Conduct physical, social, and psychological assessments; develop individualized care plans with patient, family, and team input; delegate and coordinate care; monitor patient responses; revise care plans as needed; promote professionalism by adhering to legal and ethical standards, documenting accurately, and supporting colleagues.
Qualifications & Skills:Valid RN license (compact licenses transferred within 60 days if applicable), BLS certification, and BSN within four years if less than 12 months of experience. Skills include patient care, interdisciplinary teamwork, communication, critical thinking, and documentation.
Physical Requirements:Ability to see, hear, communicate effectively, manipulate equipment, lift and transfer patients, and navigate busy environments. Driving may be required.
