Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating interventions using evidence-based practices and technology.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, develop individualized care plans, delegate and coordinate care, and evaluate patient responses.
• Promote professionalism, adhere to legal and ethical standards, and ensure accurate documentation.

• Valid RN license, BSN degree from an accredited institution, BLS certification, and ability to meet physical and mental requirements.
• Less than 12 months of experience requires obtaining a BSN within four years.

• Patient care delivery, communication, critical thinking, teamwork, documentation, and patient evaluation.

• Perform assessments, create care plans, direct care activities, evaluate outcomes, and ensure safe, high-quality patient care in a surgical environment.
