Local/Travel ER Charge Registered Nurse delivers high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced hospital setting while supervising and mentoring nursing staff. Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced hospital environment, following facility protocols and standards.
Supervise and mentor nursing staff, ensuring adherence to clinical policies and procedures.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment plans.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records.
Execute emergency procedures promptly and efficiently, ensuring patient safety at all times.
Valid registered nursing license (RN) in the state of Montana.
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
At least 2 years of ER experience, supervisory experience, and strong Med/Surg and LTC experience.
Demonstrated professionalism, teamwork, adaptability to facility protocols, and willingness to follow procedures.

You hold a Montana RN license with ER experience. You have BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications. You can supervise staff and coordinate multidisciplinary emergency care
