Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical Floor in Billings, Montana. This position involves performing independent nursing functions and delegated medical tasks in accordance with accepted practice standards as defined by the state Board of Nursing. Qualified candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of employment.
Qualifications- Required Qualifications:
Valid current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Montana; ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing) degree from an accredited School of Nursing; BLS American Heart Association (Basic Life Support). - Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree of Nursing;
Certification as appropriate for the unit or service;
Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred. - Float:
Float rotation may be required. - Additional Information:
Performs independent nursing and delegated medical functions, assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care, conducts health education, reviews and monitors therapy plans, documents in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines, and may be required to be placed on-call or float to other departments based on business needs.
