American Traveler is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology RN with Trauma Level II and neuro experience for a day-shift assignment in Montana.

• Work in the Interventional Radiology unit of a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule, 4x10 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• No floating required unless otherwise agreed during interview or offer

• Active RN license (Montana state or compact) required
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required, with 1+ year in specialty
• 1 year of ICU experience preferred
• Trauma Level II hospital experience required
• Trauma Level I, teaching hospital, and community hospital experience preferred
• Neuro experience required, including carotid and cerebral angiography and neurologic thrombolysis
• Experience with vascular studies and procedures including angioplasty, carotid stenting, and stent graft placement
• Experience with interventional radiology procedures such as chemo embolization, TIPS, and percutaneous hepatic angiography
• Experience with pulmonary procedures including chest tube placement, lung biopsy, and thoracentesis
• Experience with genitourinary procedures including nephrostomy and renal angiography
• Skilled in procedural sedation monitoring, sheath removal, and vascular closure systems
• Skilled in IV therapy, starting and maintaining IVs
• Epic and Cerner charting experience preferred
• References required for consideration

• Provide nursing care within a dynamic interventional radiology team delivering high-quality patient care
• Must reside within 75 miles of the facility, as local candidates are not accepted for this position
• Candidates with prior license or background check hits may be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Former permanent employees must have a 2-year break in service before eligibility
• RTO must be submitted at time of application
