American Traveler is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN for a Level I Trauma Center requiring extensive neuro and robotic surgery experience.

• Operating Room unit within a Level I Trauma Center
• Night shift schedule of 4x10 hours (7:00 PM-5:30 AM)
• On-call requirement of approximately one weekend per month depending on scheduled shifts
• Cerner charting system preferred
• 13-week assignment

• Active RN license (Montana or Compact) required, pending license accepted with immediate application upon offer
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 3 years of OR RN experience required
• Level I Trauma Center experience required
• Da Vinci Xi Surgical System experience required
• Strong experience required in Trauma, General, Neuro, Ortho, Vascular, and Thoracic surgery
• Specific neuro procedure experience required including ALIF, Anterior Cervical Fusion, Cervical Fusions, Craniotomy, VP Shunt Insertion, Kyphoplasty, Laminectomy/Discectomy, Lumbar Fusion, and XLIF
• References required for consideration

• Candidates must reside 75+ miles from the facility for consideration
• First-time travelers accepted provided all other requirements are met
• Scrubs provided
• Previous permanent employees must have a 2-year break in service before eligibility
• No floating to other units or affiliate hospitals unless otherwise agreed upon during interview or offer
• Pre-start completion of specialty-based training modules required
• Community hospital experience preferred
